How to connect your Bluetooth Device:

POWER TO THE PEOPLE
1. Never store the battery in a depleted state as the cells can be damaged.
2. Discharge & charge the battery at least once every 3 months to maintain its capacity.
3. Always keep the unit dry. Avoid damp conditions, corrosive materials & direct sunlight.
4. Do not clean with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents.
Maintenance:
1. Turn the Bluetooth speaker on by shortly pressing the Power / Pair button on top
The Indicator LED will start blinking Blue & Red alternately and the speaker will search for a Host.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your Smartphone / Host and search for new Bluetooth devices.
For iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > General > Bluetooth (when enabled it will start searching)
3. Choose the Chill SP-1 Speaker when it appears on your search list.
Please enter 0000 if a password is required on some devices.
4. When succesfully connected the Indicator LED will blink Blue, and you are ready to play!
In some situations the speaker will power off one time to adjust settings. Just Power it on again!
The speaker will Auto Reconnect to a paired host, if possible, when powered on.
Long press Power / Pair until Red / Blue blinking & beep, to force the speaker to search for a new Bluetooth host.
It is recommended to use a Bluetooth 4.0 compliant host device for higher audio quality and lower power consumption.

Blue & Red blinking: Searching for a Bluetooth Host
Blue blinking: Paired with a Bluetooth Host
Red blinking: Low battery (please start recharging)
Red light: Charging battery (will turn off when recharged)
Indicator LED
When the battery is running low, the Indicator LED will start to blink Red.
Connect the USB charging cable to the USB Port and a suited USB Power Source.
The LED will light Red when charging, and turn off when the Speaker is fully charged.
A full charge takes 2-4 hours depending on source (5V/1A USB Adapter recommended)
NOTICE: Fully charge the battery for first time use (until LED indicator turns off).
For maximum capacity fully charge and discharge the battery for the first 5-10 times.
Charging the Battery:
1. Long press the VOL- & VOL+ buttons to adjust the volume.
2. Shortly press the PREV & NEXT button to skip track (if supported in device/app)
3. Press the Pause button to pause and/or resume music (if supported in device/app)
Using Your Bluetooth Speaker:
1. During incoming phone calls the music will pause, and you can shortly press Talk to
answer the call with the built-in Speaker Microphone . Press Talk to hang up again.
2. You may also press the Talk button for 2 seconds to decline any incoming call.
3. Shortly press the Talk button twice consecutive to return the last call.
Using Your Hands-free Speakerphone:
If an audio source is connected via the 3.5mm Mini-Jack Audio Input , the Speaker will play from this source
instead of Bluetooth (the speaker buttons will have no function)
